Return & Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the delivered item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision in the form of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by emailing info@beautyzentrum-kurpark.de

We will refund you no later than 30 days after the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such a refund.

Conditions for returns:

To ensure that the goods are eligible for return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased within the last 30 days

• The goods are in their original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The delivery of goods that are manufactured according to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• The delivery of goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature, for example goods that spoil quickly or whose expiration date has passed.

• The delivery of goods that are not suitable for return after delivery for health or hygiene reasons and were unopened.

• The delivery of goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery due to their nature.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of goods that do not meet the above return conditions at our discretion.

Returning goods

You are responsible for the costs and risks of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during return shipping. We therefore recommend using an insured and traceable shipping service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of receipt of the return shipment.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and were shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product has been received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
